Congresszentrum Marburg

Congresszenturm Marburg
Anneliese-Pohl-Allee 3 | 35037 Marburg | Tel.: 06421 6005-227

The Congresszentrum Marburg is one of the most modern of its kind in Germany. The conference venue impresses with its spacious atrium, light-flooded rooms and state-of-the-art conference technology.

The hotel's own underground car park is available to overnight guests of the adjoining hotel VILA VITA Rosenpark. We recommend all other RoundTable participants to use the multi-store car park in Furthstraße.

Please note: Not all navigation devices are familiar with Anneliese-Pohl-Allee. Alternatively, please enter Rosenstraße as the destination address.

Information about the city of Marburg

The university town of Marburg is located on the banks of the river Lahn and, with around 72,000 inhabitants, is the eighth largest town in Hesse. Known as a romantic mountain town in the heart of Germany, Marburg is home to Philipps University, the oldest Protestant university in the world. Among the students were the Brothers Grimm, who wrote fairytales inspired by the city of Marburg.

Among the outstanding sights in Marburg are the Elisabeth Church, the Old University, the Landgrave Castle, the Castle Park and the historic Old Town, which is called "Oberstadt" in Marburg. Modern flair, historical ambience, good transport connections as well as first-class hotels and the Conference Centre make Marburg as an excellent congress and conference venue.
